Lilian & Marcelino have been performing (officiating) Chicago's Couple's ceremonies since 2005 after they could not find a Spanish speaking officiant for their own wedding.
After discovering Chicago's need for a Bilingual Officiant they both received their licenses through Universal Ministries who are supported and recognized by The State of Illinois.
